I have been a customer of Norwood for just over 7 months now. Their service is always on point and they respond to their SMS orders extremely promptly. Products are typically delivered to me within 2 business days and this is interstate! I wanted to note that I made a request to have my medicine prescription labels affixed to the actual jars containing my medicine rather than the box that the jar is sold in. The reason for this is I dispose of the box and only keep the jar. Norwood communicated that they typically do not make any changes to the medicine and stick labels on the products as is and that it is company policy. This was fine by me as store policy trumps my request and it is what it is. No complaints. Much to my surprise my next order the team mentioned to me the labels are all stuck to the jars rather than the display box, as per my previous request. They remembered our previous conversation and this speaks volumes for their patient care and how they're willing to be flexible for their customers. Thank you Norwood team! Your treatment of this simple request has won me over as a customer and I will stay a customer for the remainder of my treatments that require this medicine.
